Conflicts keep both copies
If the same file changes on two devices before they sync, TinyCloud never silently overwrites one with the other. It keeps both and renames one copy:

The name includes the device and the date. Open both, keep what you need, and delete the copy you don't.

- The largest single file you can sync is 5 GB.
- Deleted files are kept for 30 days before they're removed for good.
When storage is full
You'll see Storage quota reached. Uploads are blocked; downloads can continue. Files from your other devices still arrive, but new or changed files on this computer wait until you free up space or upgrade your plan.
Troubleshooting
- Nothing is syncing — make sure you're signed in and sync isn't paused, then choose Sync now.
- A file stays "Waiting to sync" — check your connection and your storage; files over 5 GB don't sync.
- Sync controls are missing — they only appear when you're signed in.
